It's important to note that many midi loft beds with desk require the standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with an slatted wooden base. This is not included in the cost of the bed, therefore we recommend looking at our mattress deals to find a deal that fits your budget!

Mattress
Most midi beds are compatible with standard UK single mattresses, and the top bunk comes with a safety rail that gives you peace of mind. Some models have a pull-out trundle drawer that can be used to host sleeping overs, or for adding more storage space beneath the bed. These can either be open or fitted with doors (please look at the product's details for more details).
Many midi cabins come with a desk which can be moved between the two upper levels or chests of drawers. This gives children a bespoke space for all their belongings, meaning that there's no need to take the floor space by putting up large wardrobes or shelving units.
A few of the models have taken it an extra step with cabinet style storage that is flush mounted or a part of the headboard or footboard. This is perfect for storing books and toys.
